WARNING: extremely long post which may bore you. this always happens after an eventful day. ^^

oh, this was suppose to be posted a week ago but i forgot about it until i opened the photos folder yesterday. it came with a packet of fruit plus sweets for the whole class.

ok, yesterday was fun la! and totally not according to plan, since i always stick with no plan. or at least, we had 4 people, yunqing, tianqing and mr han. NO MAX

after my lunch at thomson plaza's peach garden which totally felt odd. the table was huge and the bill of dim sums and various meats was $467 plus. wa i sit there very sian lor.
then started the series of messages. one after another... 2 people simultaneously messaged me. after replying yunqing, tianqing message. then reply tianqing, yunqing message again. but ok la, my trip to suntec was long and boring. my sister started looking at me messaging. then asked if tianqing and yunqing are related, why both got a qing in their name.
i wanted to take the mrt too, then can reach there earlier or like slack around city link. that tianqing suay lor, walk there alone. if not got me! LOL
in the end i took 162 after waiting for 30mins at the bus stop. i reached before the meeting time, so still not late la.

went to fish and co to find yunqing and mr han who were eating their new york fish and chips. it looked very difficult to finish. but oh well, staring at people eating is bad. i should have gone walk walk aimlessly again.
tianqing walked into fish and co just a second before i pressed send. but very diao la, he go outside buy pretzels and disappeared. so when we left that time didnt see. like playing hide and seek leh.

hmmm, we tried to figure out where to go, only to know that i was correct at first, just not precise enough. joined the long queue that stretched to outside and realised that verification was really upstairs. that queue was the redemption thing.
my new "bro" looked like a pedo talking happily with the little boy infront. =x
so we had to go back up to the 3rd floor to join the almost no people queue. this time, with the lift. oh gosh, we realised we still managed to get the 3rd anniversary suit despite it was 3pm+ already, guess they removed the 1000 only thing. JUST LIKE LAST YEAR
the lucky dip thing, i really very dumb. i could have taken the one i could see(postcard), then never look properly, i picked an EMPTY ball and a EZ-link sticker. that was the same case for tianqing, and he started pushing it to me. so now i have 4 pieces of the useless thing. LOL.

wanted to stay to watch them cut the cake, but because yunqing wanted to go toilet, we missed it. toilet got queue lor, because only 3 cubicles.
when we came back, the cake was already cut and they were giving it out. i saw the same cheapo sponge cake as last year, wanted to get something to eat. dunno why.
we walked towards the side of the stage, only to realise that just nice, they were cutting the REAL cake and giving out. so tianqing and i conveniently joined the queue.
the cake looked like the in-game anniversary cake that you see during the firecracker part. looked much more edible as compared to last year's plastic-looking cake.

my piece was relatively larger than his. when he said the strawberry was nice, i thought it was not sour. then put in my mouth that time. SOUR LIKE HELL!!! maybe when put with the sweet cream of the cake, it made it very sour. or it was that sour in the first place. i prefer sweet strawberries...

the "crowd" after the cake cutting session. loads of little kids running around with their parents who had obviously spoilt them. the worst was what i saw during dinner.

stuck with nothing to do, we planned to watch a movie. since we thought the timings were off for engwah's one, we decided to walk to GV marina to watch. when we reached, the timings were even more off!!! wth la. played at the arcade instead.
tio owned.
played that crazy whacking game that i lost terribly because my eye hand coordination quite bad. could not remember the colours under my hand, then keep press wrong. only after playing, i realised my finger was numb because i was hitting the table instead of the button. silly me.
we played daytona! struggle for the first 3 places. yunqing and tianqing kept overtaking each other. then there was once i reached the first place. then dunno which one from behind, bang me against the wall while turning. end up the car flipped and i went back down to 3rd. realise the 4th one was never seen. woops... mr han.
both yunqing and tianqing went to play the house of the dead 4. i remember playing the 2nd or 3rd version. not easy la, very fast can die, unless you chao pro. totally not worth.
i seriously think tianqing spent about $5++? you should have seen the coins he brought, totally prepared eh?

walked back to suntec and visited the toys and comics convention. not really anything of my interest. see see look look, i barely knew the things there. the most was the wii at the entrance, but havent played it in a while.
tianqing looked like he likes happy tree friends. spotting the bunny in the corner and he went to take a photo of it. i say, one needs to be a saddist to like it =x

then finally, we went for dinner. which i realised that i was not really hungry. instead of the usual ban mian, i chose chicken rice accompanied by green tea.
i finally found someone who would usually eat ban mian when he goes out. yunqing found someone who also drinks lime juice. LOL, same person!
there was this girl about 10 years old. there with a few bags of anniversary items, stacking her wristbands on the table. he grandmother, mother and maid were there!!! waseh, so pampered. mother go buy food for them.
aiyo, scary la. tianqing must be mad to choose ma la ban mian. he looked like he was suffering terribly when he was eating it. i dont dare try la, my tolerance level for spicy food very lan. pei fu him la, ate finish all the noodles, vegetables and ikan bilis.

but hor, next time dont talk about errr xin de things when eating can?
walked about and visited the toilet again before going for the lucky draw.

seriously i think it was crap. they didnt dig into the container and just briefly picked the ones on top. so ya, NO LUCK. the 2 people who got picked twice and was not there to recieve the prize. suay? but too bad lor. aiya, if i know earlier, i should have tore the 2 tickets up into individual ones, not as 'twin' tickets. there was one prize that the winner was upstairs, when his name was mentioned, he was waving frantically and ran down. imagine if the people downstairs did not point up, then he would not get his rightful prize. most of the little children age 10 and below that were drawn out were not there. i felt quite nervous while the names were announced. at the last part for the winner of the laptop, everyone hoped the person was not there. they even yelled "not here, not here!" but too bad he was there.
after the lucky draw they started throwing their asiasoft wristbands and some posters. one wristband hit my head and when i turned to pick it, it was gone already. tianqing got one yellow one and made me take it. haha, addition to my collection. yellow to join the green. coincidentally, i was wearing yellow.

after that, the last activity we did was to visit the fountian of wealth's spectacular performance.

colourful and pretty. but i did not quite understand it.
as we sat near the edge, we started getting wet. the water drops looked suspicious. so i looked up to the sky and realised it was raining. tianqing did not believe and insisted it was the fountain, but later he realised it was really raining and very heavily.

wet wet wet! cold cold cold! windy~
boys dont tend to bring umbrellas, that is something i realised after awhile.
took 70 to the bus stop opposite kong hwa then changed a bus. freezing cold on the bus lor.
waved goodbye to mr han as he boarded 7. was kind of shock when tianqing didnt take 7 with mr han and instead waited at the bus stop with me saying that i was not safe -_-" omg what? that uncle left at the bus stop could be some pervert? no way!! that uncle took the same 32 as us. haha

then i finally got home to eat that plateful of watermelon. argh..

had phototaking today. hope the photos look nice. ^^
the rest of the day was insignificant. haha

havent blog for a long time...

nothing much to blog la, and i doubt anything fun is going to happen sooner or later.
i dont suppose you would understand what i mean in this post
but nevermind.

should i consider myself back to square one? where i am practically left alone again because of different unspeakable reasons. why must everyone care so much? what is the fun of 2 people? i want 4! i really want 4!!!
and it was almost the point where it is either 4 people or only 1.
maybe i was not trying hard enough, since i knew it was likely to happen.

i know both of you are trying to be nice, but that was not helpful at all.

lesson learnt: i should never attempt to plan things. because 10 in 10 of the activities i plan are all failures. (not lying)

today just makes me feel very down.
i keep getting pangseh-ed in some way or another.

the practice for our 2.4km run thing was crap. i feared last year's incident to happen again, so i kept telling myself to run as much as i can. but the whole feeling just made me stop running. i already experienced 2 times this year(then go count how many times we ran).

i'm just pathetic at this. i wish i could say everything.

oh wells, nothing has been successful so far?
i want to complain!!! T_T

maybe i should stop being so pessimistic...

finally i had some time to even post this. not exactly very free now as i still have to chiong homework!!!
i caused this upon myself. ya ya ya

i havent been having proper meals these days. takeaways, fast food... last night, my sister was too lazy go out to buy dinner because she wanted to watch tv, in the end i ended up cooking!!!

apparently, that was not sufficient for 2.
not only cooking. washing the clothes, sweeping of the floor, washing the dishes, feeding the dogs. everything was to be done by ME.
fair? NOOOOOO

in the day i have been travelling from my house to the singapore casket to help out. 3rd floor-pearl room.
erm, there was this ong family that occupied the largest room-the reagent room. 1 whole floor for themselves...
i could not believe that even coffins are priced at auspicious prices like $3888. and that was one of the cheaper ones... oh my.
the coffin we bought had a "window" so you can see the last of the deceased... spooky?
erm, the whole funeral process was tedious. and because his only daughter(adopted) was living with her husband and daughter in (forgot which country). one word, ignorance. they fool around so much lor.

there is so many different traditional customs to follow. i'm really amazed how the staff at the singapore casket were of different races ranging from chinese to indian. o_O
their job covers everything in that place.
the singapore casket had food, drinks, sweets, peanuts... anything that a funeral would need. and they even help you order catering. just that we didnt need it as we had very few people, and no time to eat anyway.
another thing, monks earn big bucks!!! one night of ritual itself can cost $700++ and they get tips too...

you know where that is?

a high tech place i say. they have viewing halls which have different "lanes". 3 to each room. machines are used to do all of these.
we met the same ong family there(from the casket place). their type of funeral was even more traditional. the cloak and hat thing(dunno how to describe), and their mourning period is 49 days i suppose. they were suppose to keep the badge thing on their shirt until then. the wailing sounds were really loud. and they even had a band! so many people. their funeral must have cost about twice more than ours? looking at it that way...

the singapore casket has a service to help you collect the ashes from mandai. they bring it back to you where you must make sure the ashes are protected from the sun...

ahhh... i still remember 2 years ago. luckily all these happened during the holidays...

yesterday i went out to watch incredible hulk. when we went into the cinema, it was empty! there was a total of 8 people in the end(inclusive of us). i did not really notice how long the movie was as i was feeling really cold. screw it, i should have brought my jacket but not that amount of books.
our objective was to finish our homework. so we went to the national library, only to find out that the library was so unfriendly with students. so we sat at the stage outside to do our work. i cant say we completed much work as it was quite disturbing there.
we were so hungry by 6.30pm. so we decided to have dinner. wang jiao cha can ting was the destination. in total, it was $5++ worth of extra charges.

we went seperate ways home.
on the bus, my left eyelid was twitching...
that was because someone i knew just passed on.

and 29 june = maple anniversary = out with friends
but now it means i can only go after lunch. and depending on the place, i will then be able to know what time i can reach suntec. i hope my friends wont mind.
anyway, planning to stay there for dinner. lucky draw at 7pm. hope i will be just as lucky as the auditionsea that time. 2 coupons out of the large amount, i still managed to win something.
i'm still hoping if i can get the limited edition set...
T_T last year also liddat. dinner at my aunt's house on the day of the maple anniversary celebration, made me pangseh them and i didnt totally enjoyed myself. suay bo?

reached suntec zhun zhun 11am. not late, not early! like for once?
nah.

today is wednesday! it is GREEN day. how nice...

met up with 82 and 14 to watch kungfu panda. 82 bought nachos which had very watery cheese and i could barely taste it. 14 and i shared popcorn and ice lemon tea, both which we could not finish. maybe we didnt need to buy it in the first place.
82 says girls should be wearing skirts! but too bad, we are not that kind who wears skirts eh?
i would if i was in a very good mood
kungfu panda was funny... and odd!
the secret is actually no secret, it is about believing that there is a secret.
makes sense, somehow.

after the movie we did aimless shopping, which i was the only one buying things which were... not exactly what you would expect me to get. but i was pestered to, fork out the money myself?!
grrr...

walked from suntec to orchard!!! did seem far at first but was not very tired at the end.
erm... walked to orchard(takashimaya) to go to kino, just to realise the 20% off thing was only for members...
but i had my fair share of fun there.
i mean at that astrology section. i mean like, if u had many of such books in your house, it does spark some interest doesnt it?
wait then what about all those books my sister bought? not my type ba...
THAT is one of the few types of books that i read...
tell me, i have an odd taste right?

oh well, i have completed a few of the things that i had plan to complete during the holiday. so now i got the rest to complete.

my toe never fully regained its sense of touch ever since i came back from chalet. worse still, it hurts if i move it too much. i think it was the bicycle that rolled over my foot that day... or was it the door i accidentally hit?
or was is???
i cant remember...

at 15 years old, it is really hard to decide what you really want to do in life.

in my family tree, there seems to be a TREND. one side is more to the teaching, the other side is more to technology. then in the family, it is sort of even...
sometimes it is hard to make decisions. and many times i make a wrong choice.
but now i'm told that i have to start building up my portfolio. for dunno what scholarship and dunno what thing.
giving up bowling for this portfolio thing?
it depends. i'm not really into bowling now.

now, i'm worrying about my grades because of the big change in teachers. it takes about a term to get used to it. not good at all. i hope my grades will not become worse than it was at the beginning of the year.

lets pray for the "support" we can get.

fathers' day dinner at canton walk, 382 joo chiat road.
1 person $40...
i tell you i dont see why it is so expensive.
1) some weird tasting deepfried prawns (was said to be mayonaise which didnt taste like it)
2) shark cartridge (not fin... obviously many people got cheated on this. it was just some small broken pieces)
3) steamed catfish (that is darn cheapskate)
4) spinach with wolfberries (wonder why it came in a big bowl of soup and had chicken legs inside)
5) yuan yang spareribs (BURNT)
6) some ??? soup with crabs in it and fried man tou to dip (??? why inside got curry leafs? and why is the mantou sweet? and the crab cheat ppl de, got different size crabs in 1 bowl and empty shells?!)
7) seafood beehoon (totally tasteless)
8) sea coconut dessert (got hard got soft sea coconut. and the syrup/liquid thing was sour as they put too many lemons)

total errr... but the only reason why my relatives chose this place was because my grandfather wanted shark fin. he was not too happy with the food also. i mean everything didnt look right.
imagine you didnt finish the food, they didnt even offer to pack it for you unless you request. they just took it to the kitchen... and what do they do with it? you wont know. the shark 'fin' was put in some pumpkin "bowl". the top didnt match the bottom. so we figured they REUSED it. ewwwww.. skali they reuse the soup...
the more times you think of it, the more freaky it gets.

monday is a good day to do homework!
there is new online maths test and after enjoying for the whole weekend, i can finally do something productive.
coughs... no mahjong thank you.

i want to complete all my homework by this week. minus the ones that cant be done at the moment + mo xie

yay, i'm finally back from the class chalet.
plans for the gathering on monday afternoon was very anyhow. make me waste my time and money going to the school bus stop. grrrr...
when i am early, everyone else was late. felt very pissed off about it.

lunched at kfc (first time going since that time after the hcl mid year paper)
50cents cheese fondue?
$15 for the cab fare from parkway ntuc to my house then to aloha changi. heh, i forgot about claiming the money from the others in the cab... uhhhh
this was a picture of the second floor of the chalet. apparently it was quite similar to my house.
small. yup, small.

the place was quite ulu with many cats!!! how fun.

mahjong anyone? diao. i ended up playing it actually. i could not decide fast and everyone had to keep on waiting for me. paiseh la, no one taught me de ok. then from what i know, there was actually some more different things. errrrr
but when you are bored, any game can be fun. like scrabble!
i kept forming funny words with the pieces. formed names like ed(et). a lot of words were quite funny and crappy. at one time, i had A, E, I, I, O, O, U. it was very hard to form words with it lor. but the best part was the "chinese" which i formed and got almost 100 points for it. wooo~

this doesnt mean anything. i wanted to form names but instead got this.
dinner arrived at almost 10pm. i was starving since 3 or 4pm. my stomach was pain for quite a long time. $3.30 char siew rice was nice and warm. but i was still hungry after eating...
drinks was almost out by night.

went for a night walk which we ended walking to the playground at changi beach.
on the way down the hill i wanted to tell my lame story but they didnt seemed like they wanted to listen. we saw a cat that got run down by a car. so ke lian... leg torn off and intestines fallen out. shout not gross anyone out with the details. but this is expected. poor lighting and the cats are not careful either. the swing at the playground made me really giddy the whole day/night. sat there feeding the insects.

jyening and stayed at the beach all the way till 7 just to catch a sunrise, which was not what we wanted.

this was taken at like 6.10am. all you can see is some clouds and a difference in sky colour.
and every few minutes interval we kept taking a photo of the improvement to compare.

quite sad that there was a lot of clouds that we didnt even get to see the sun.
when we got back to the chalet, everyone else were sleeping. but we were hungry so we went tampines interchange for breakfast. mcdonalds...
when the door was left open, i found this cat sitting at the door and meowing at me. so i decided to sit down and pat it.
cats, why do so many of my classmates dislike them?
they moved so fast i could not take its face.

it was rubbing its neck on the broken tile at the door. like very comfortable.

slacked around after we came back from breakfast.
lunch was cup instant noodles. my invention... pouring the noodles into the cup and then adding the hot water. crush noodles and much easier to eat as they are shorter. all i needed was a fork. preparation was ___ times faster than the others =x

we kept playing different games, watching some weird movies.
the boys came back with 4 bicycles, but jiahao didnt cycle after that. so i joined them. but after that, more joined!
i decided to cycle at the back because i did not want to block the way. there was times i cycled off the path as i could not see properly...
failed mission to cycle to pasir ris. we stopped halfway because jiaxin was too tired to continue. but it also rained halfway, so we decided to turn back.
a lot of bumps which really made my butt hurt. some parts of my palm was bruised too... quite pathetic. going down slopes was fun, and of course going up slopes was tiring.

went back to the chalet and rested a while before we started the bbq.
attempts to multitask. kept walking from the kitchen to outside and back inside. feeling helpless at times, i decided to help poke the satay stick through the prawns. i dont know how come there was red liquid squirting out. we called it fake blood.

finally when the fire started, i went to help with cooking. when i attempted to pick up the charcoal tongs, i got cut by some part of the tongs which was sharp. real blood started oozing out non stop. it definitely cut though the skin and to the blood vessels. jiahao was also cut by the tongs but his was only the skin. same hand, same finger, just a different part of the finger.

not clear here, but the wound remains blood red not at skin level but deeper.

i had to use a plaster to prevent anything dirty getting into the wound. but that made me even more useless as i could not really help out with the bbq.
fire was weak and the food took ages to cook.

was sitting in the kitchen when ason called me.
"hello, joan ar? do you still play o2jam?"
"erm no... why?"
"oh er, can help me check if you can play."
"i'm not at home... i'm at my class chalet"

"uh can message me after you checked? i cant even enter the website."

all i remember was eating a few sticks satays which had some half cooked parts and a prawn.

i wanted to do something, so i went to deep fry the fries and nuggets. i could not hold the chopsticks properly with a plaster on my finger. then i used my left hand to pick up the chopsticks. everything was natural. i held it the proper way without any adjustments done purposely. makes me suspect...
the fries were edible but not well liked. nuggets were better. people went to take the nuggets when they saw it in the kitchen. haha.

cake ^^ round cakes are hard to divide.
but then again... it was a birthday cake. and it reminds me about the candles thing... erm you know.
i was not feeling so well after clearing up again. so i went to lie for a while. only to make myself feel even lazier to do anything.
lay there messaging. and a few times i got giddy again and kept pressing the wrong button. instead of pressing clear i ended up pressing send -_-"
message dao halfway i fell asleep.
looking half dead i went downstairs to join everyone.
apparently, yijue was suppose to be home by 3pm on tuesday. but he ended up staying till check out. o_O

watched idiocracy until 6 and continued to sleep until 8.30am. packed up and waited for the staff to check the chalet.
$17++ of extra we needed to pay for the missing items in the chalet. some that we never touched also went missing...

muscle aches at many spots. loads of insect bites which was comparable with jyening's patrick.
<8 hours of sleep in 2 days. my record...
i must have ended up training my muscles carrying all those things. lost weight -_-" that was so wrong
i'm tired and bored. and i am also trying to decide if i should go tomorrow.
tempted to use a coin to decide if i am going or not. but will we be doing if i go.
i dont see the reason why i should go.

i should continue my homework soon. T_T
there is many things to decide that i feel tempted to flip a coin.
